What we are eating now:
Raspberries
peas
broccoli
avocado
plums
butternut squash
green beans
All organic. I've been buying organic (and it's local!) frozen veg to make it really easy as far as prep goes. I just throw it in a small sauce pan with a touch of water and defrost it. Avocado we cut into tiny pieces, raspberries are either whole or halved, and plums and green beans are cut into bite size pieces as well.
